Job Summary
The Technical Specialist (Blueprism) at HCL is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Blueprism processes and solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, develop, and deploy Blueprism solutions that meet business needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design blueprism solutions.
2. Develop, test, and implement blueprism processes to automate manual tasks and streamline operations.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to blueprism processes and solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate blueprism solutions with existing systems.
5. Provide training and support to end-users on the efficient use of blueprism solutions.
6. Stay updated on the latest blueprism features and enhancements to suggest improvements in existing processes.
