    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced UiPath Technical Lead/Architect developer who have work experience in SAP to SAP S/4HANA transformation platform and creating BOTS. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, designing, developing, and implementing UiPath-based automation solutions that support SAP migration activities, data validation, testing, reconciliation, and post-go-live operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end UiPath automation development for SAP  to SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
    • Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities during SAP transformation.
    • Design and develop scalable RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Automation Hub.
    • Automate SAP data extraction, migration validation, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
    • Develop automation solutions for SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover activities.
    • Collaborate with SAP Functional, Basis, Data Migration, and Business teams to gather requirements and define automation strategies.
    • Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and governance standards.
    • Lead code reviews, solution design reviews, and deployment activities.
    • Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization through automation.
    • Mentor developers and establish UiPath best practices.

    Required Skills

    • 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of hands-on UiPath development.
    • Strong expertise in:
      • UiPath Studio
      • UiPath Orchestrator
      • REFramework
      • Automation Hub
      • Document Understanding
      • AI Center (preferred)
    • Experience integrating UiPath with SAP  and SAP S/4HANA.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Sales.
    • Experience in SAP data migration validation and reconciliation processes.
    • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, PowerShell, and Excel automation.
    • Experience with Agile delivery methodology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop automation workflows using uipath based on business requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze processes and identify areas for automation.
3. Implement and configure uipath software to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
4. Conduct testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automation solutions.
5. Provide training and support to end-users on the utilization of uipath automation tools.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to uipath automation implementations.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to rpa and uipath technologies.

1. Proficient in uipath development and implementation.
2. Strong understanding of rpa concepts and methodologies.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross functional teams.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment to deliver automation solutions effectively.

Other Requirements

1.UIPath Advanced Developer Certification preferred.
