React.js Technical Lead - JavaScript, Node.js

Job Summary

  1. Looking for a P2F Roots technical resource with strong full-stack development experience.
  2. Must have hands-on expertise in JavaScript, Angular, and Node.js.
  3. Should be proficient in working with MySQL databases.
  4. Experience in building reports and dashboards using Power BI is required.

The resource should be capable of supporting development, enhancement, and technical troubleshooting activities

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of web developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using javascript, react.js, and node.js.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
3. Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed in the development process.
4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to meet project objectives.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web development to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in web development technologies such as javascript, react.js, and node.js.
2. Strong understanding of frontend and backend development principles.
3. Experience in leading and managing development teams in an agile environment.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
5. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Web Development technologies such as React.JS or Node.JS are a plus.
