Job Summary

Role: Senior Recruiter (Assistant Manager / E2.1) Location: France The Senior Recruiter will be primarily responsible for recruitment delivery across France, while providing secondary support across other European countries. The role partners closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and clients to understand workforce requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure timely fulfilment of talent demand. The successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle while maintaining high standards of stakeholder engagement, compliance, candidate experience, and recruitment excellence. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manage recruitment delivery with a primary focus on France and provide secondary support across other European countries as required. Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment and fulfilment strategies. Drive local sourcing strategies through direct recruitment channels, talent mapping, networking, referrals, and proactive candidate engagement to attract and secure top talent while minimizing agency reliance. Support workforce planning activities, including forecasting hiring demand and market mapping. Analyse labour market trends and provide market intelligence to support hiring decisions. Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, business leaders, and client stakeholders. Liaise with clients, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to facilitate and participate in interviews, assess candidate suitability, provide hiring recommendations, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding. Provide regular updates, market insights, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure a high level of service delivery. Facilitate offer negotiations and support compensation discussions with candidates. Exhibit flexibility to accommodate key stakeholder reviews, interviews, and business meetings by reshuffling priorities and schedules as required. Recruitment Delivery Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding. Source candidates through direct channels including professional networks, referrals, social media platforms, talent communities, and market mapping. Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments. Coordinate interview processes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Manage candidate communications and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process. Ensure all positions are filled within agreed timelines and business requirement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and monitor application progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
2. Apply basic sourcing techniques using job boards and professional networks to identify potential candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct initial resume screening based on predefined criteria to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and interview panels using internal communication tools.
5. Maintain accurate recruitment records and update status reports using HR information systems.
6. Participate in team discussions to share candidate feedback and support hiring decisions.
