Job Summary

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US roles, from intake calls to offer negotiation.

Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.

Conduct rigorous initial phone screens to evaluate skills, culture fit, and salary alignment.

Partner closely with hiring managers to streamline interviews and speed up time-to-fill.

Maintain clean data and pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Ensure recruitment processes follow US federal and state employment regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and monitor application progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
2. Apply basic sourcing techniques using job boards and professional networks to identify potential candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct initial resume screening based on predefined criteria to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and interview panels using internal communication tools.
5. Maintain accurate recruitment records and update status reports using HR information systems.
6. Participate in team discussions to share candidate feedback and support hiring decisions.
