Job Summary

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand business hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Manage candidate communication, feedback, offer negotiations, and offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Track hiring progress, maintain recruitment dashboards, and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, compliance requirements, and hiring governance.
• Coordinate with HR operations, onboarding, and background verification teams for seamless candidate onboarding.
• Participate in campus hiring, walk-in drives, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
