Job Summary

• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer closure.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports in the ATS/HRMS.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Meet defined recruitment targets, turnaround times, and hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure and onboarding.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial HR/recruiter interviews and coordinate technical interview rounds.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
