Regional Director (RDE) - Consulting

Job Summary

This role provides executive vision and strategic leadership for program management and consulting initiatives across the Digital Business and Engineering lines of business. The individual drives organizational transformation, ensures alignment of regional delivery capabilities with global business objectives, and fosters innovation and excellence in client engagements. They are accountable for shaping regional strategy, building high-performing teams, and delivering complex solutions that support enterprise growth and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Direct program management and consulting activities using advanced portfolio management tools and methodologies, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
2. Define and execute regional business strategies leveraging enterprise architecture frameworks and digital engineering best practices to achieve organizational objectives.
3. Lead cross-functional teams in the adoption and implementation of emerging technologies such as cloud platforms, AI/ML, and automation, driving innovation and operational efficiency.
4. Oversee regional capability development by establishing governance models, performance metrics, and continuous improvement programs aligned with global standards.
5. Cultivate executive client relationships, providing strategic advisory on digital business solutions and engineering services to enhance customer value and competitive advantage.
6. Champion organizational change management initiatives using industry-standard frameworks to support business agility and transformation.
7. Represent the region in global leadership forums, contributing to enterprise-wide strategy, policy development, and market positioning.
8.Drive capability-oriented resourcing and recruitment by working closely with recruitment and resourcing teams to calibrate skill sets, develop JDs, and manage approvals and onboarding.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
