Job Summary

Responsible for Center HR related concerns

Key Responsibilities

  • artner with business and location leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Manage workforce planning and hiring, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and internal movements.

  • Drive employee engagement and workplace culture through events, communication, and recognition programs.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.

  • Support performance management and talent development initiatives, including succession planning and retention.

  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, exits, transfers, confirmations, and HR documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, statutory requirements, and audit processes.

  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics, such as headcount, attrition, hiring, and productivity, and provide leadership insights.

  • Coordinate learning and development programs to build employee capabilities and leadership readiness.
