Job Summary

The Regional PMO Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) operations in the region. The role involves leading the PMO team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and aligning project management practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the pmo team in the region
2. Implement and standardize project management processes and methodologies
3. Monitor and report on project performance metrics and kpis
4. Conduct regular project reviews and ensure timely resolution of issues
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive operational excellence within the pmo
7. Manage resource allocation and capacity planning for project portfolios
8. Lead change management initiatives related to project delivery and execution

Skill Requirements

1. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
2. Proficiency in project management tools and software
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills
4. Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
7. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
8. Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies

Other Requirements

1.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
