Job Summary

Job Responsibility:This role will manage existing client relationships, own existing services and build a diverse portfolio through the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.Create strategic roadmap to drive growth within the account/portfolio and execute that plan to drive incremental revenue, manage customer negotiations, driving pricing discussions, etc.Engage with horizontal and solution teams to proactively identify. improvement/opportunity areas – sell cross business unit solutions to the clientExpand HCLs footprint come up with creative solutions that help solve business problemHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsProven record of rapidly scaling up revenues consistently and Y-o-Y growthTrack record of interacting and building relationship with C-level client contactsStrong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple activities in a very dynamic, changing environmentAccount financial management, lead generation and ensuring CSATThis account has aggressive growth potential through cross sell and upsell, which the incumbent must drive.Own the strategic agenda for that account as well as create and manage executive level connects between the customer and HCL executive teamsQualification:12-15+ years of relevant experience in the mentioned field.Proven ability to value-sell, with an analytical capability and experience leveraging ROI-based approaches to quantify successOutstanding communication skills (oral & written)High energy, bias for action, self-driven, positive, “can do” attitude, flexibility, teamwork and attention to detail, high degree of integrity and initiativeAble to spend a significant percentage of time travelingHave experience selling medium- to large multiyear integrated deals.Have work experience with some of the top Tier-1 Management consulting firms or with top Tier-1 global suppliers to some of the Retail customers specialized in product engineering services.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMBA is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
