SAP ABAP S4 Hana Senior Developer

Job Summary

The Senior Developer (SAP ABAP on HANA) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining SAP solutions using ABAP on the HANA platform. The role involves collaborating with team to develop, and deploy high-quality SAP applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop abap programs on sap hana according to business needs
2. Customize and enhance sap modules using abap programming language
3. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of sap solutions
4. Perform system testing, debugging, and support activities for sap applications
5. Optimize and enhance existing abap code to improve performance and efficiency
6. Stay updated with the latest sap technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions

Skill Requirements

 SAP ABAP:

  1. Hands-on experience with ABAP on HANA concepts, including Code Pushdown techniques and performance optimization using CDS Views, AMDP 
  1. Experience with SAP Fiori / UI5 integration from backend perspective (OData service creation, service activation, debugging). 
  1. Knowledge of ABAP 7.4+ syntax enhancements, such as inline declarations, expressions, and advanced Open SQL with performance optimization on HANA, including ATC checks. 
  1. Exposure to ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) or OData service development with Eclipse-based ABAP Development Tools (ADT).          
  1. Hands on experience in SAP ABAP and in File based , Proxy interface.  
  1. Hands on experience in ALE/IDOC, Enhancement , User exit , BADI , BDC , BAPI , Reports. 
  1. Very good understanding of SAP workflow , label print, SAP script & Smart form. 
  1. As technical consultant is having understanding of O2C/A2R/P2P/F2S business process. 
  1. Worked on interfaces with SAP PI middleware. 
  1. Very good understanding of SDLC ,CMMI, ITIL process. 
  1. Handled Project quality review. 
  1. Experience of onsite/offshore delivery model.  
  1. Experience in leading offshore delivery.
