SAP ABAP Senior Developer

Job Summary

This position is based in Chennai at the customer site. We are looking for a candidate who is either from Chennai or willing to travel to Chennai.

Are you an experienced SAP Technical Consultant seeking a new opportunity? We are currently looking for a skilled individual to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional technical solutions to our clients.

Job Title                      : Sap Technical Consultant

Experience                   : 6-8 years of experience in Core ABAP, web Dynpro, good                   

                                        knowledge in HR ABAP and knowledge in FIORI.


As a Sap Technical Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for our clients using core ABAP and  Web Dynpro . You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions that will optimize their SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing custom SAP solutions to meet our clients' business requirements
  • Performing system analysis and design to develop technical specifications
  • Collaborating with functional consultants to ensure seamless integration of technical and functional aspects of SAP
  • Providing technical expertise and support during SAP implementation and upgrades
  • Developing and documenting technical design specifications and test plans
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP applications
  • Keeping abreast of the latest SAP technologies and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Conducting technical training and knowledge transfer to client teams as needed

Skill Requirements

  • Must have experience in minimum 2 End to End SAP implementation and 1-2 support projects.
  • Must have experience in RICEFW development.
  • Should very good and strong  in SAP ABAP and worked in all areas of ABAP..
  • Should have good experience in Webdyn pro support and development.
  • Should have good understanding of SAP HR ABAP and able to resolve the tickets.
  • Proficiency in SAP development tools and technologies, including ABAP. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience working in a client-facing role

Other Requirements

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience as a Sap Technical Consultant

Notes

This position is for Chennai customer location. Please check the resource from Chennai or willing to travel to Chennai and work in customer location. In a month, the consultant needs to work on first and third Saturday.

Location: The resource will be required to work onsite at the customer location in Chennai.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (mandatory to work from office). Additionally, the resource needs to provide support remotely/WFH on alternate Saturdays (1st and 3rd of each month).
