SAP ABAP Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

12–15 years of SAP technical development experience to lead design, development, modernization, and implementation activities across SAP S/4HANA programs. The suitable candidate will possess strong expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA custom code remediation, CDS Views, OData Services, RAP, Enhancements, Interfaces, Forms, and Fiori integration. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, driving solution design, ensuring adherence to Clean Core principles, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with functional and business stakeholders in global brown field transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the development and implementation of sap abap solutions
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
3. Design, develop, and test sap abap programs to support business processes
4. Provide technical expertise and guidance on system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring systems are efficient and stable
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve technical solutions

Skill Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of sap abap programming basics including:
2. Abap data dictionary
3. Report programming
4. Module pool programming
5. Function module programming
6. Enhancement framework
7. Proficiency in sap ui5/fiori, webdynpro abap, and sap workflow
8. Experience in sap technologies such as sap s/4hana, sap netweaver, and sap cloud platform
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Other Requirements

1.SAP Certified Development Associate ABAP with SAP NetWeaver (If any)
