SAP BTP - CPI ERP Specialist

Job Summary

Technical support L2+ or L3 on data integration and SAP's CPI.  Working normal office hours. 9:00 - 18:00 local India time.

Role description - Provide L2+ technical support for SAP CPI, SQL, and SSIS-based integrations, including incident resolution, monitoring of data pipelines, root cause analysis, and coordination with L3 teams to ensure reliable end-to-end data integration and system stability

Qualification

SAP CPI & Integration Expertise
•    Hands-on experience with:
o    SAP Integration Suite / CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
o    Interface technologies: REST, SOAP, IDoc, OData
•    Understanding of:
o    iFlows, message routing, adapters
o    Error handling and reprocessing
SQL / Database Skills
•    Strong hands-on experience with:
o    SQL queries and data analysis
o    Stored procedures and database troubleshooting
•    Ability to:
o    Investigate data inconsistencies
o    Perform basic query optimisation
o    Analyse database logs and performance issues
SSIS / ETL Knowledge
•    Practical experience with:
o    SSIS packages and ETL workflows
o    Job scheduling and batch processing
•    Ability to:
o    Troubleshoot job failures and restart processes
o    Analyse ETL logs and identify root causes

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and configure sap cloud platform integration (cpi) for seamless integration between various modules within the erp system.
2. Develop and maintain integration solutions to meet business requirements and improve system efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze integration requirements and design effective solutions.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flow, system interfaces, and integration processes.
5. Ensure compliance with best practices and standards in erp integration and data management.
6. Provide technical support and training to end-users on sap cpi integration processes and functionalities.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of sap cloud platform integration (cpi) and its integration capabilities.
2. Proficiency in sap erp modules and system architecture.
3. Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using sap cpi.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration processes.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross functional teams.
7. Relevant sap certifications in sap cloud platform integration (cpi) or erp modules would be a plus.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant SAP certifications in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or ERP modules would be a plus.
