Job Summary

Role Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Integration Lead to manage and govern enterprise integrations supporting a global SAP S/4HANA AMS engagement. The role will be responsible for integration support, monitoring, design, enhancements, incident resolution, platform governance, and continuous improvement across SAP and non-SAP applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP S/4HANA integrations, API management, middleware platforms, AMS service delivery, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities AMS Service Delivery Leadership Lead end-to-end integration support services across SAP S/4HANA and connected applications. Own integration service stability, availability, and performance KPIs. Ensure adherence to SLA, KPI, and governance commitments. Act as the escalation point for critical integration incidents and business disruptions. Lead service reviews, operational governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. CPI Integration Support & Enhancement Manage SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite landscape and integration interfaces. Support and enhance integrations between: SAP S/4HANA SAP IBP SAP Ariba SAP SuccessFactors SAP MDG SAP EWM SAP TM Salesforce ServiceNow Third-party applications Monitor interface execution, message processing, and error handling. Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis for failed interfaces. Manage transport and deployment activities across landscapes. Integration Architecture & Solution Design Design scalable integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite. Define integration standards, naming conventions, and reusable assets. Develop and review interface mappings, APIs, and communication scenarios. Support solution architecture discussions for new business requirements. Ensure alignment with enterprise integration and security standards. Incident, Problem & Change Management Lead resolution of P1/P2 integration incidents. Conduct RCA and implement preventive measures. Drive reduction of recurring interface failures. Support change assessments and impact analysis. Participate in release and deployment planning. API & Event Integration Management Manage API lifecycle using SAP API Management. Support REST, SOAP, OData, IDOC, RFC, Proxy, and Event-Driven integrations. Enable real-time integrations using messaging and event frameworks. Ensure secure API consump

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and configure integration scenarios using sap cpi within the btp framework.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and propose solutions.
3. Develop and implement custom interfaces, mappings, and transformations in sap cpi.
4. Perform system integration testing and troubleshoot any issues in the integration flows.
5. Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within the defined timelines.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members in sap cpi development best practices.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of sap cloud platform integration (cpi) and experience in designing and implementing integration solutions.
2. Proficiency in sap btp services and capabilities related to integration, such as api management, integration suite, and process integration.
3. Strong understanding of sap cloud platform, s/4hana, and other sap modules for seamless integration.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex integration issues.
5. Good communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive projects to successful completion.

Other Requirements

1.SAP Certified Development Associate SAP Cloud Platform Integration or similar certification is preferred.
