Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead (SAP BW on HANA) will be responsible for overseeing technical implementation, development, and maintenance of SAP BW on HANA solutions. They will lead a team of technical experts, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

1. Lead and manage a team of technical experts in the design, development, and deployment of sap bw on hana solutions. - Proficient
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, create technical designs, and implement solutions that meet business needs.- Proficient 
3. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.- Proficient 
4. Perform system configuration, testing, and optimization to enhance the performance of sap bw on hana solutions.- Proficient 
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.- Proficient 
6. Stay updated on the latest sap bw on hana trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions that drive business value.- Competent

Skill Requirements

Must Have skills

  1. Experience in Data Extraction, Modeling & Analytics using SAP BW 7.X & SAP HANA.
  2. proficient in working with both Generic and Standard extractors to ingest data from various modules of SAP ECC or SAP S/4 ERP such as FI/CO, FM, MM, HR.
  3. Strong knowledge of ABAP language and the ability to debug complex programs, user exits, BAPIs, RFCs, CDS Views, etc..
  4. knowledge of HANA Modeling using Analytical views, calculation views, OData Services, as well as Reporting & Analytics
  5. knowledge using Bex query designer & Analysis for office.

Other Requirements

1.SAP Certified Application Associate SAP BW/4HANA 2.0 or similar certification is a plus.

2. Knowledge of SAP BPC would be an added advantage.
