SAP BW S4 Hana Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

Must have 8 to 10 years of Experience and hands in following technical skills: and as Lead role must have experience and capable in  Proven ability to lead cross-functional and multi-location teams, mentor junior consultants, and manage stakeholders effectively:Ø    Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) with a minimum of two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.Ø    S/4HANA Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in S/4HANA architecture, simplifications in the SD module, SAP Fiori apps and user interfaces, and new functionalities like Advanced ATP (aATP), Business Partner approach, and Revenue Accounting (RAR).Ø    Core Configuration Skills: Expertise in configuring key SD processes including sales order processing, pricing, billing, output management, returns, intercompany sales, and third-party order processing.Ø    Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration touchpoints with other modules (FI-AR, MM, PP, LE, TM) and external systems using EDI/IDoc, APIs, etc.Ø    Good have with SAP Methodology Expertise: Familiarity and experience with SAP implementation methodologies, especially the SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models. Responsible and accountable following working areas on the project deliverablesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of SAP SD experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.Strong understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and vendor management.Proficiency in SAP SD configuration and customization.Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to lead teams and manage client expectations effectively.Business, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.Preferred Attributes:Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Designing, developing, and implementing sap bw on hana solutions to meet business needs.
2. Providing technical expertise and support in sap bw on hana projects.
3. Conducting system tests, troubleshooting issues, and performing system enhancements as needed.
4. Collaborating with cross functional teams to integrate sap bw on hana with other systems.
5. Monitoring system performance and optimizing for maximum efficiency.
6. Ensuring data security, integrity, and compliance within sap bw on hana environment.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong experience in sap bw on hana implementation, configuration, and administration.
2. Proficient in sap bw data modeling, etl processes, and performance tuning.
3. Knowledge of sap hana database concepts and optimization techniques.
4. Experience in sap bw data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
5. Familiarity with sap bw bex analyzer, query designer, and sap analytics cloud.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and team members effectively.

Other Requirements

1.SAP BW on HANA certification is preferred, but not mandatory.
