Job Summary

Production support engineers responsible for daily platform operations, monitoring, issue resolution, and report support activities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily data loads and process chains. 

  • Resolve production support incidents. 

  • Execute routine operational activities. 

  • Support report users and business stakeholders. 

  • Maintain operational documentation. 

  • Participate in on-call and support rotations. 

  • Support testing and deployment activities. 

Skill Requirements

  • 3–6 years SAP BW experience. 

  • Knowledge of:  

  • Process Chains 

  • DTPs 

  • InfoObjects 

  • BEx Queries 

  • AO 

  • SAP Extractors 

  • BW Reporting
