Life cycle of SAP USER – creation, maintenance, deactivation
Assignment of the correct SAP roles
Approval workflow for PROD systems and documentation of all changes
Further development and implementation of the software solution (XCW or other...)Understanding of role building and role development
Customization of roles as needed and requiredPrimary Responsibilities
Analysis of SAP users of all Zeppelin national companies
Creation and maintenance of all SAP users
Coordination with the specialist departments of the Zeppelin national subsidiaries
Further development of the security concept
Enforcement of requirements and guidelines
SAP License Management Support
Cooperation with internal auditing
Support in the implementation of auditor specifications
Training / support of SAP and specialist departmentsKnowledge transfer
Constant exchange with SAP authorization development
Coordination with the specialist departments – approvers "SAP User Owner"
Coordination with HR (On-Off Boarding Process)Goals & Vision
Central SAP User Management Group-wide
Development of a homogeneous, group-wide SAP approval workflow
