Location: Offshore – Noida, IndiaRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to support a BRIM Archiving new project, with primary responsibility for SAP system administration and secondary responsibility for archiving support. The consultant will ensure system stability, performance, and smooth execution of archiving across the SAP landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform SAP system administration activities across ECC / S/4HANA landscapes supporting BRIM systems.Support SAP archiving in coordination with functional and ILM development teams. Manage archiving jobs, variants, scheduling, and monitoring for BRIM‑related objects.Support system performance monitoring and tuning during archiving and data cleanup activities.Coordinate transport management for archiving and ILM‑related changes across landscapes.Assist in system refreshes, client copies, and environment readiness for archiving cycles.Monitor and resolve job failures, dumps, and performance issues related to archiving runs.Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go‑live activities from a Basis perspective.Collaborate with ILM developers, functional consultants, and testing teams.Prepare Basis runbooks, operational documentation, and KT materials.Provide post‑go‑live stabilization and production support.Primary Skill (Mandatory)SAP System Administration (SAP Basis)Secondary Skills (Preferred)SAP Data ArchivingExperience & Qualifications6–9 years of SAP Basis experienceHands‑on experience in SAP system administration and operationsExposure to SAP archiving and ILM support activitiesExperience working in an offshore delivery modelStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skillsGood to HaveExposure to BRIM or high‑volume transactional SAP systemsKnowledge of data retention and compliance‑driven archivingExperience supporting S/4HANA landscapes

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the end-to-end upgrade and migration projects for sap basis to s/4hana.
2. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration.
4. Conduct system assessments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning as needed.
5. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for sap basis s/4hana configuration and optimization.
6. Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and system enhancements to support business operations.
7. Stay uptodate with the latest sap technologies and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in sap basis administration and configuration.
2. Extensive experience in sap s/4hana upgrades and migrations.
3. Strong knowledge of sap landscape transformation and system integration.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in sap environments.
5. Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivery and quality.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
7. Certification in sap basis or s/4hana is preferred but not mandatory.

Other Requirements

1.SAP Certified Technology Associate System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver 7.5 or equivalent is a plus.
