Job Summary
| Task Description: •SAP System support in the cross-platform environment (On-prem & Cloud) •Leading the technical implementation SAP solutions for different releases and projects. •Gathering and validating Functional/Technical requirement to understand needs and objective, to formulate technical solution proposals based on the requirements. •Present technical solution proposals and provide expert advice on SAP BAIS with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders, when needed. •Create and maintain clear precise technical specifications and developing the same with best practice and high quality. •Developing and ensuring the implementation with the development / technical team, adhering to best practices with quality review and industry standards. •Performing task of quality custodian for all technical objects, setting up the relevant KPI and review the same accordingly. •Handling and supporting software logistics processes for SAP releases. Required Profile •SAP BASIS certification and experience in Cloud and OnPrem environment (incl. to various SAP modules or integration with non-SAP systems is highly desirable). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. •Excellent in cross-team coordination (PM experience appreciated). Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, coordinate, and execute the upgrade and migration process to sap s/4hana.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs and align upgrade strategies accordingly.
3. Perform system assessments, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure successful migration to s/4hana.
4. Develop and maintain documentation related to the upgrade process and post upgrade support.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders during and after the upgrade.

Skill Requirements

2. Proficiency in sap system upgrades, migrations, and conversions.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in sap environments.
4. Experience with system testing, performance tuning, and monitoring in sap landscapes.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
