SAP Basis Senior Product Specialist

Job Summary
| Key Responsibilities: |
| Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patching. |
| Manage SAP environments including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and Fiori. |
| Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to SAP applications and databases. |
| Handle user administration, roles, and authorizations. |
| Perform client copies, system refreshes, and transport management. |
| Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning. |
| Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support project and operational needs. |
| Maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures. |
| Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements. |
| Required Skills & Qualifications: |
| Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration. |
| Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture and components. |
| Extensive Experience in SAP ECC |
| Experience with SAP HANA database administration and performance tuning. |
| Extensive Experience in BW & SLT |
| Experience in RMJ (Redwood Job Schedule Tool) |
| Extensive Experience in Active Control |
| Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid SAP deployments. |
| Proficiency in OS-level administration (Linux/Unix/Windows). |
| Experience with SAP ALM and system monitoring tools. |
| Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. |
| Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. |

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, define project scope, and develop migration strategies.
3. Perform system assessments, conduct risk analysis, and implement best practices to enhance system performance.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sap basis and s/4hana, ensuring system reliability.
5. Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and system configurations.
6. Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on sap basis functionality and best practices.
