Job Summary

The Senior Product Specialist will be responsible for leading the SAP Basis S/4HANA Upgrade & Migration initiatives within the organization, ensuring seamless transition and optimal performance of SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and oversee the upgrade and migration of sap basis to s/4hana, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, define project scope, and develop migration strategies.
3. Perform system assessments, conduct risk analysis, and implement best practices to enhance system performance.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sap basis and s/4hana, ensuring system reliability.
5. Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and system configurations.
6. Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on sap basis functionality and best practices.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in sap basis administration and s/4hana migration techniques.
2. Strong knowledge of sap system architecture, database management, and performance optimization.
3. Experience in managing sap basis upgrades, patches, and system installations.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to sap basis and s/4hana.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
6. Project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor sap basis upgrade projects efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
