SAP ECC - Materials Management Senior Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking an SAP ECC MM Consultant to support S2S (Source-to-Settle) processes in the LAM RTB Phase 3 program. The role involves handling L2 AMS support, incident resolution, and minor enhancements in SAP ECC MM environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2 AMS support for SAP ECC MM ensuring SLA adherence
  • Support S2S / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including:
    • Purchase Requisition (PR), RFQ, Purchase Order (PO), Contracts
    • Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Inventory Management
  • Handle incident and service requests via ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for production issues
  • Work on master data management (Material, Vendor, Info Records)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, SD, PP) for issue resolution
  • Support IDoc monitoring and interface issue resolution
  • Assist in change requests and minor enhancements
  • Participate in testing (SIT/UAT) and deployments
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base artefacts

Skill Requirements

4–8 years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP ECC MMHands-on experience in:
  • Procurement (P2P lifecycle)
  • Inventory Management
Experience in AMS / production support environmentKnowledge of:
  • Pricing procedures, release strategy
  • IDocs and basic integrations
Experience working with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)Understanding of S2S business processes

Other Requirements

1.Certification in SAP Materials Management module is preferred.
