SAP ECC - Sales and Distribution Product Specialist

Job Summary

7–10 years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience in ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.Education• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain,Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.• Strong understanding of core Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including order management, pricing,billing, delivery processing, credit management, and logisticsQualifications execution.• Knowledge of integration with Finance (FI), Materials Management(MM), and Customer Service (CS) modules.Certifications• SAP SD certification or SAP S/4HANA Sales certification preferred.• Additional exposure to SAP Activate methodology, ITIL processes,or service-management frameworks is an advantage.• Strong experience in configuration and support of key SDfunctionalities such as:o Sales order management (quotations, contracts, ordertypes)o Pricing and condition techniqueo Delivery, shipping, and transportation processeso Billing, invoicing, and revenue recognitiono Credit, rebate, and returns managementExperience• Practical knowledge of master data objects (customer, material,condition records), account determination, output management, anddocument flow.• Experience working within incident management, problemresolution, functional configuration, testing cycles, and changerequest processes.• Exposure to EDI/IDoc processing, integration troubleshooting, andSales–Finance reconciliation.• Familiarity with O2C compliance processes such as credit checks,tax determination (GST/VAT), export processes, and auditrequirements.Tthe SAP SD Consultant will provide functional expertise and supportacross SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Sales modules. The role requiresstrong knowledge of Sales & Distribution and integrated O2C processes,collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver stable,scalable SAP solutions.Responsibilities andcompetences Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Support & Incident Management• Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP SD/O2C processes,including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and adherence toSLA expectations.• Resolve issues related to pricing, order processing, deliverycreation, billing, credit blocks, ATP checks, and logistics execution.
