SAP EWM Lead Consultant

Job Summary

SAP EWM(Extended Warehouse Management)The candidate should have knowledge and expertise in EWM/WM area with overall SAP functional experience of 10+ years and SAP EWM experience of at least 5+ years.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, writing functional specifications and supporting SAP EWM.
• At least, one end to end SAP EWM Implementation experience as a functional EWM consultant in SAP S4 Hana is required. Good understanding of business processes related to warehouse and inventory management.
• Worked in Inbound process, EWM-QM integration, EWM-PP integration, physical inventory, outbound process and replenishment process. Good to have worked with Kanban process in EWM.
• Ability working with PPF in EWM, RF transactions and EWM Fiori apps. Experience with SAP MFS or automated warehouse systems is highly desirable.
• Actively participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth testing.
• Experience working on cutover and data migration activities. Ability to train users in EWM processes. Provide hyper care support post go-live
• Ability to analyze and solve day-to-day issues from business within agreed SLA.
• Preferred knowledge on Automotive or similar industry.
• Overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules) required.
• Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work in a team environmentNeed 10+ yrs

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the implementation of sap ewm solutions, including system configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
3. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring successful project delivery.
4. Conduct regular system audits and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to sap ewm implementation or system operation.
6. Stay updated on the latest sap ewm trends and developments to recommend innovative solutions to enhance warehouse management processes.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge of sap ewm (extended warehouse management) configuration, customization, and integration with other sap modules.
2. Proficiency in sap ewm functionalities such as inbound and outbound processes, warehouse monitoring, yard management, and slotting.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address system related issues and optimize processes.
4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with stakeholders and drive project success.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and guide team members towards project objectives.

Other Requirements

1.SAP Certified Application Associate Extended Warehouse Management with SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
