SAP EWM Lead Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes, configuration, and support. The candidate should possess hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, and AMS/support projects, with exposure to integration between SAP EWM and ECC/S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and provide SAP EWM functional solutions.
  • Configure and support SAP EWM business processes including:
    • Inbound Processing
    • Outbound Processing
    • Putaway Strategies
    • Picking Strategies
    • Physical Inventory
    • Wave Management
    • Yard Management (preferred)
    • RF Framework
    • HU Management
    • Packaging Specifications
    • Work Centers
    • Storage Types, Sections, and Bins
    Perform system configuration, testing, defect analysis, and deployment activities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
  • Support integration of SAP EWM with MM, SD, PP, QM, and Transportation processes.
  • Handle incident management, service requests, and change requests in AMS engagements.
  • Prepare functional specifications and support development teams during RICEFW developments.
  • Conduct UAT sessions and user training activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offshore/onsite stakeholders.
