SAP EWM Senior Consultant
Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Summary

•    6-8 years of hands-on experience supporting and/or implementing SAP EWM/WM
•    Strong knowledge of SAP EWM, including Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse Processes, Physical Inventory, Warehouse Monitoring
•    Good understanding of SAP EWM integration with SAP ERP/ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP TM, and SAP GTS
•    Experience with decentralized SAP EWM is an advantage
•    Experience with SAP WM, MM, PP, and LE modules is an advantage
•    Experience with SAP EWM configuration and understanding of SAP standard functionalities and enhancement concepts
•    Experience in incident analysis, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and change request implementation
•    Experience in warehouse business process analysis, configuration, testing, and production support
•    ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills are an advantage
•    Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and related SAP technologies
•    Experience working in Agile/DSDM or ITIL-based support environments
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural and globally distributed teams
•    Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills
•    Ability to understand warehouse business processes from a customer perspective and translate business requirements into SAP EWM solutions
•    Fluent English

Key Responsibilities

1. To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP product’s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
3. To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.
4. To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.
5. To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of sap extended warehouse management (ewm) module.
2. Experience in implementing end-to-end sap ewm solutions.
3. Proficiency in sap ewm system configuration, customization, and integration with other sap modules.
4. Ability to analyze complex business processes and design optimized solutions using sap ewm.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
