Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI & CO‑PA SME to lead solution design, configuration, and support for SAP Financial Accounting and Profitability Analysis. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in SAP FI and CO‑PA, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments, with the ability to work closely with business and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design and configuration for SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting)
  • Design and support CO‑PA (Costing‑Based and/or Account‑Based) for profitability reporting
  • Ensure seamless FI–CO‑PA integration and accurate margin analysis
  • Support month‑end/year‑end close and financial reporting
  • Conduct business workshops and translate requirements into SAP solutions
  • Support testing (UAT), data migration, cutover, and hypercare
  • Act as SME and escalation point for complex FI & CO‑PA issues

Skill Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP FI and CO‑PA
• In‑depth knowledge of S/4HANA Finance
• Experience in at least one SAP implementation / rollout / upgrade
• Strong understanding of financial processes and profitability analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• S/4HANA Conversion or Greenfield implementation experience
• SAP FI / S/4HANA Finance certification
• Exposure to SAP Analytics (Embedded Analytics / SAC)

Other Requirements

Certification in SAP FICO module is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Engineering
CA / MBA / CMA – preferred
