Job Summary
. ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong functional expertise in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, preferably with hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA environments.
The candidate should be able to lead requirements, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and support across global deployments.🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFunctional Expertise (FI & CO)Configure and support General Ledger (GL), New GL, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting (AA), Taxation, and Integration with MM/SD.Strong hands‑on in CO‑CCA, CO‑IO, CO‑PA, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Internal Orders.Support for Month‑end and Year‑end closing activities.S/4HANA & Project ExposureExperience with SAP S/4HANA Finance features such as Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Credit Management, FSCM (optional but preferred).Participate in end‑to‑end implementation, rollouts, migration, enhancements, and support projects.Requirement Gathering & Solution DesignUnderstand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.Lead design workshops with Business SMEs and cross‑functional teams.Create Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW objects and work with ABAP teams.Testing & DeploymentPrepare test scenarios, execute Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and support Cutover activities.Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for smooth deployments.Support & Issue ResolutionAnalyze system issues (including integration points) and provide timely resolution.Work closely with Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Sales, and Technical teams.Documentation & ComplianceCreate and maintain process documents, configuration documents, SOPs, and test scripts.Support compliance, audit requirements, and change‑management processes.

5. Train end-users on sap fico functionality and provide ongoing support and guidance.
6. Participate in system integration projects and contribute to the overall enhancement of financial systems.
7. Stay updated on sap fico trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions for business improvement.
Skill Requirements
2. Knowledge of financial and accounting principles with the ability to translate them into sap fico solutions.
3. Experience in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting within sap fico environment.
4. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and deliver training to end-users.
