SAP FICO Product Specialist

Job Summary

Looking for 10+ Years of experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to support and drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge in Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Revenue Recognition, IFRS 15/ASC 606 compliance, and end-to-end integration with SAP modules such as SD, PS, MM, and BRIM.

The candidate will be responsible for solution design, business process analysis, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across complex SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP FICO and RAR solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to finance and revenue recognition processes
  • Configure and implement SAP FICO components 
  • Design and implement SAP RAR solutions aligned with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 standards
  • Configure Revenue Accounting Contracts (RAC), Performance Obligations (POBs), Revenue Posting, and Revenue Recognition processes
  • Integrate SAP RAR with SD OTC, SAP Subscription Billing, BRIM etc.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose industry best-practice solutions.
  • Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Execute SIT, UAT, and support defect resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical, integration, and reporting teams.
  • Support data migration and cutover activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations
  • Experience in migration from ECC to S/4HANA

Skill Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP RAR implementation experience
