SAP Hybris Commerce Lead Technical Consultant

Job Summary

The Lead Consultant in SAP Hybris Commerce Technical will be responsible for overseeing and implementing technical solutions using SAP Hybris Commerce. This role involves leading a team of developers, designing and developing software applications, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the SAP Hybris Commerce framework.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the implementation of sap hybris commerce solutions.
2. Design and develop robust software applications within the sap hybris commerce platform.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
4. Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
5. Perform code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions.
6. Stay updated on the latest sap hybris commerce trends and best practices.
7. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on technical aspects.
8. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from design to implementation.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in sap hybris commerce platform and its related technologies.
2. Strong experience in designing and developing software applications using sap hybris commerce.
3. Excellent understanding of web technologies such as html, css, javascript, and ajax.
4. Knowledge of integration with sap erp systems and other third-party systems.
5. Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate technical details clearly.
6. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
7. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
8. Certification in sap hybris commerce is preferred but not mandatory.

Other Requirements

JD / Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge, and/or a proven record of success, in executing various functional and technical aspects of SAP Hybris projects following industry best practices
  • Work as SAP Hybris developer for developing/supporting ecommerce applications
  • Should be self-motivated to keep himself/herself updated on latest SAP Hybris product/ technologies and solutions
  • Improve consulting skills, application and implementation expertise in the product and industry
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners to understand the specific-Enterprise Data needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in technical, business and user-friendly language.
  • Have an appetite to acquire new knowledge, adapt to and contribute to fast innovating

Experience :

  • Have minimum 6 years of rich hands-on experience in SAP Hybris with at least 2 full cycle implementations.
  • Should have strong domain experience in B2B/B2C commerce.
  • Technical skilled around Java/ J2EE, Spring, REST API, Microservices
  •  Proficient in SAP Hybris foundational concepts, experience and knowledge of multichannel architecture, data modeling with Hybris, Data exchange and integration
  • Must have knowledge of Hybris, ticketing tools like JIRA, Documentation – Confluence, code repository - GIT Hub, Jenkins.
  • Sound knowledge of continuous integration build tools and code quality tools
  • SAP Hybris Developer Certification will be good to have
