Job Summary

Desired skills:-
1. SAP Opentext VIM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP Opentext VIM, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems such as ERP and financial systems.
2. Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
3. System Configuration and Customization: Ability to configure and customize the SAP Opentext VIM system to meet the specific needs of the organization, including setting up workflows and approval processes.
4. Integration Skills: Experience in ensuring seamless integration of SAP Opentext VIM with other systems, working with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions.
5. Testing and Validation: Proficiency in conducting thorough testing of the SAP Opentext VIM system, creating test plans, executing test cases, and documenting results.
6. User Training and Support: Skills in providing training and support to end-users, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and offering ongoing support.
7. Documentation: Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
8. Continuous Improvement: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving the SAP Opentext VIM system and processes, staying up-to-date with new features and functionalities, and implementing enhancements to optimize the system.
9. Ticket Management: The Functional Analyst is responsible for managing and resolving tickets related to SAP

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure and customize sap s/4hana financial accounting modules to meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial accounting needs and provide solutions within the sap s/4hana platform.
3. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and user training for sap s/4hana financial accounting functionalities.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls while utilizing sap s/4hana financial accounting features.
5. Support financial reporting requirements and provide insights for decision-making using sap s/4hana financial accounting data.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in sap s/4hana financial accounting modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and financial closing.
2. Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
3. Experience in configuring and customizing sap s/4hana financial accounting functionalities.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
5. Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide recommendations for process improvement.

Other Requirements

1.SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (C_TS4FI_1809) certification is preferred.
