Job Summary
10+ years of experience managing SAP projects, including SAP S/4HANA implementations.Proven expertise in leading end‑to‑end cutover planning, coordination, and execution for S/4HANA deployments.Experience creating detailed cutover strategies, runbooks, mock runs, and cutover readiness assessments.Strong background coordinating cross‑functional teams (functional, technical, basis, data, infra, and business).Ability to lead go‑live command centers, daily war rooms, decision‑making sessions, and issue triage.Skilled in identifying cutover risks, managing dependencies, and implementing mitigation strategies.Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working with business users, leadership teams, and external partners.Experience leading hypercare activities, post‑go‑live stabilization, and issue resolution.Strong understanding of SAP integration points, deployment methodologies, and project governance.Ability to prepare and present cutover dashboards, progress reports, and status updates to senior leadership.Experience working in high‑pressure go‑live environments with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology or similar PM frameworks
Key Responsibilities
