SAP S/4HANA Production Planning Lead Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA Public Cloud. The role involves implementing and supporting Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) processes while ensuring adherence to clean core principles and public cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support SAP PP and QM processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud
  • Work on end-to-end Production Planning processes including MRP, Demand Management, and Shop Floor Control
  • Manage quality processes including Quality Planning, Inspection, Notifications, and Quality Certificates
  • Handle master data configuration for production and quality modules
  • Work on MTS, MTO, and ETO scenarios and production execution
  • Support integration with SAP MM, SD, EWM, and FI modules
  • Perform Functional Design, SIT, UAT, and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to Clean Core and Public Cloud restrictions
  • Work on Fiori-based applications for manufacturing and quality
  • Support issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of SAP PP/QM experience with at least one end-to-end implementation
  • Strong knowledge of MRP, Demand Planning, Shop Floor Control
  • Experience in Quality Management processes including inspection and quality certificates
  • Experience with S/4HANA functionalities and Fiori apps
  • Strong understanding of cross-module integrations (MM, SD, FI, EWM)
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and support
  • Knowledge of master data in production and quality domains

Good to Have

  • Experience with SAP BTP and cloud integrations
  • Knowledge of ECM, Batch Management, Serial Number Management
  • Exposure to PP-EWM integration and advanced manufacturing processes
  • SAP Certification in S/4HANA PP or QM
