Job Summary

The Lead Consultant (SAP S/4HANA Production Planning) will be responsible for managing and executing SAP S/4HANA Production Planning projects, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of production planning processes. The role involves providing expert guidance, strategic direction, and technical support to enhance efficiency and productivity in production planning operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops for demand management, MRP, production versions, routings, BOMs, capacity planning, production orders and repetitive manufacturing.
• Configure planning parameters, order types, scheduling, confirmations, backflush, goods movements and settlement integration.
• Define integration with MM, SD, QM, CO, WM/EWM and APO/ePPDS/PP-DS.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases and training inputs.
• Support manufacturing master-data migration, validation, cutover and reconciliation.
• Lead SIT/UAT defect resolution and stabilize planning and execution after go-live.
• Recommend process harmonization and performance improvements for manufacturing planning.

Skill Requirements

1. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with sap s/4hana production planning modules.
2. Proficiency in sap s/4hana configuration, customization, and implementation for production planning.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address production planning challenges.
4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead project teams and engage with stakeholders.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
