Job Summary
Role SAP S4HANA PP PI QM Lead Consultant
Designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Production Planning PP, Process Industries PI, and Quality Management QM modules within the S4HANA environment. This role involves leading full lifecycle implementations, managing rollouts, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design Implementation
Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP PP, PI, and QM modules.
Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionalities.
Design and configure production planning MRP, BOM, routings, work centers and quality processes inspection plans, certificates, notifications.
Integration Data Management
Ensure integration with other SAP modules MM, SD, PM, WM, FICO and thirdparty systems.
Oversee master data setup and migration activities.
Project Leadership
Manage endtoend project phases: blueprinting, realization, testing, golive, and hypercare.
Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
Mentor junior consultants and guide technical teams.
Testing Quality Assurance
Prepare and execute test plans unit, integration, UAT.
Resolve defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Training Support
Deliver enduser training and create documentation.
Provide postimplementation support and continuous improvement.
Required Skills Experience
Experience:
8+ years in SAP PPQM including PPPI, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Minimum 2 full lifecycle S4HANA implementations.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of discrete, repetitive, and process manufacturing.
Handson experience with MRP, capacity planning, variant configuration, PI sheets, and shop floor control.
QM processes: inprocess inspection, quality certificates, notifications.
Integration Knowledge:
Crossfunctional integration with MM, SD, PM, WM, and EWM.
Preferred:
Experience in industries like Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG, EPC.
Familiarity with Fiori apps and SAP Solution Manager.
