PCS (Production Control & Scheduling)

• MBoM, Routing and Shop Floor Execution’s SAP Best Practice
• Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire.
• Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck)

• S/4 Experience
• A&D Experience  (for offshore this preferred not a must)
• Parameter Effectivity (integration to PLM and MES)
• Classification, MRP, Scheduling and Costing views of the Material Masters
• Work Centers, BoMs and Routings – Revision & ECM
• Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl. Collective Orders for MTS and MTO with WBS
• External Processing wit Subcontracting
• Production Order Kitting
• Goods Issues (batch managed) and Reversals for Production Order
• Rework and Production Order Splitting
• Availability Checking and Shortage reporting
• Integration with PLM systems
• Integration with MES systems
• Functional specification authoring

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and configure sap s/4hana production planning modules according to business needs.
2. Optimize production planning processes to enhance operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.
4. Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting and resolving production planning issues.
5. Conduct user training and create documentation for sap s/4hana production planning processes.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in sap s/4hana production planning to recommend enhancements.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of sap s/4hana production planning modules and functionalities.
2. Proficiency in configuring and implementing sap s/4hana production planning solutions.
3. Experience in optimizing production planning processes for manufacturing industries.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address production planning issues.
5. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
6. Ability to provide training and support to end-users for sap s/4hana production planning modules.
