SAP S/4HANA Test Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD OTC QA Test Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) business process testing. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in OTC processes, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Credit Management, Delivery Processing, Billing, Returns, Intercompany Sales, and integrations with FI, MM, EWM, GTS, TM, and third-party applications.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and project teams to ensure high-quality SAP solutions and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
  • Test Sales Order Management lifecycle from order creation through invoicing and payment.
  • Review business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs.
  • Design, develop, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases.
  • Execute and coordinate end-to-end integration testing 
  • Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Traceability Matrix.
  • Lead SIT, UAT, Regression, Smoke, and Production Validation testing.
  • Coordinate testing activities with global business users and project stakeholders.
  • Manage defect lifecycle from identification through closure.
  • Validate SAP S/4HANA Sales processes and Fiori applications.
  • Perform impact analysis for enhancements and change requests.
  • Support migration, upgrade, and transformation projects.
  • Validate custom developments, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEFW objects).
  • Mentor junior testers and team members.
  • Participate in test estimation and resource planning.
  • Review test cases and testing deliverables.
  • Drive quality assurance best practices across projects.

Strong experience in 

  • Sales Order Processing, contract Management
  • Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 & S/4 Hana

    Automation Testing (Preferred)

    Experience with one or more:

    • Tricentis Tosca
    • Worksoft Certify
    • Selenium
    • SAP CBTA

Other Requirements

  • 8+ years of SAP QA/Testing experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of SAP SD OTC testing experience.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
  • Experience in at least:
    • 2 Full Lifecycle Implementations and/or
    • 2 S/4HANA Transformation Projects.
  • Strong experience in SIT, UAT, Regression, and Production Validation testing.
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with offshore/onshore delivery models.
