Job Summary

Department: SAP Security & GRCEmployment Type: Full‑time🔹 Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP Security Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Security administration, role design, authorizations, and compliance management across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Cloud products.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in User Provisioning, Role Management, SOD analysis, GRC Access Controls, and strong troubleshooting capabilities for authorization issues.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Security AdministrationDesign, create, update, and manage SAP roles and authorization objects across ECC/S/4HANA application modules.Execute user administration activities including provisioning, deprovisioning, password resets, access reviews, and emergency access.Support HR Security, including HCM OM/PA, structural authorizations, contextual authorizations (as noted in internal SR requests). [Re: ~New S...R security | Outlook]GRC & ComplianceWork extensively with SAP GRC Access Control:ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM modulesPerform SOD analysis and remediationMaintain FFIDs and controller logsCollaborate during internal/external audits, provide evidence, and drive remediation plans.Project & Cutover ActivitiesPrepare and execute Security Cutover Plans for releases, go‑lives, project migrations, and new landscape deployments. [Re: ~New S...R security | Outlook]Work closely with functional, BASIS, and technical teams.Authorization TroubleshootingAnalyze and resolve complex authorization issues across modules, workflows, and integrations.Support UAT, SIT, Regression Testing, and provide fixes for failed scenarios.Security Design & OptimizationDesign technical security solutions for new projects/business processes.Build custom evaluation paths, structural authorizations, and org‑based access (HCM, SuccessFactors, BW) where required. [Re: ~New S...R security | Outlook]Support integration security with BW/BO systems.Documentation & GovernanceCreate and maintain FS documents, role matrices, access design standards, and operational procedures.Provide periodic reporting to leadership on open risks, role changes, and audit findings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, configure, and administer sap security grc (governance, risk, and compliance) solutions.
2. Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement security best practices and policies.
4. Provide expertise in resolving security incidents and implementing security patches and upgrades.
5. Develop and deliver training programs to educate users on security protocols and procedures.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in sap security grc administration, including user access controls, role maintenance, and security policies.
2. Strong knowledge of sap grc tools such as access control, process control, and risk management.
3. Experience in designing and implementing security solutions within sap landscapes.
4. Ability to analyze complex security issues and provide effective solutions.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
