Job Summary
5+ years of SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration experience
SAP Security Specialist/SAP Security Administrator/SAP Authorization Administrator/SAP Authorization Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Administer SAP authorizations and roles
Maintain SAP end user accounts, permissions, and access rights across multiple client environments
Provide user SAP access maintenance and support tasks
Build effective network with partners from Business Operations Domain and IT organization
Realization of Service Requests (standard changes or service activities within the agreed scope of employee rights - the area of changes characterized by low risk)
Managing the escalation process (Incidents or Service Requests)
Analyzing and solving problems under defined terms of service (SLAs)
Represent SAP Security and GRC considerations in department and company-wide
Collaborate with SAP Development & Functional teams to ensure custom programs are protected
Take part in implementation of new tools/processes
Assist with GRC configuration and use GRC tools in the creation and maintenance of security roles, in conjunction with Internal Audit
Assist in enforcement of policies for SAP system security and implementation of security best practices and standards
Ensure SAP security changes comply with Sonova’s security policies & procedures & audit requirements
Skill Requirements
Experience in global SAP environment
Experience with Segregation of Duties resolution
Good understanding of risks coming from authorization objects
Familiar with business processes
Experience with SAP Standard Functionalities and Custom Development procedures
Ability to translate IT topics to “Business language”
Customer focus, ability to be flexible and self-motivated
SAP Authorization or/and GRC Certification of advantage
Experience in APO/BI/EWM is a plus
Experience in S/4 Hana is a plus
Fluent English
