SAP UI5/Fiori/UX Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance SAP UI5/Fiori applications based on business requirements.
  • Build responsive and reusable UI components using SAP UI5 controls and MVC architecture.
  • Integrate SAP UI5 applications with SAP Gateway, OData services, and REST APIs.
  • Customize and extend standard SAP Fiori applications.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Perform application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot testing issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support application deployment, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP UI5/Fiori development.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, and JSON.
  • Experience with SAP UI5 framework, MVC architecture, data binding, routing, and custom controls.
  • Expertise in consuming and developing OData services.
  • Experience with SAP Gateway, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), or SAP Web IDE.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori Design Guidelines and Launchpad configuration.
  • Experience with deploying SAPUI5 applications on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and configuring them on SAP BTP Workzone.
  • Understanding of Git or other version control systems.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
