Job Summary

The Technical Lead in SAP UX FIORI Development at HCL will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of SAP UX FIORI solutions. The role involves leading a team of developers, analyzing user needs, and designing applications that enhance user experience within the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of sap ux fiori solutions.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
3. Customize and enhance sap ux fiori applications to optimize user experience and efficiency.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting issues and ensuring quality standards are met.
5. Stay current with sap technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications 

4+ years of SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 experience. 

Hands-on SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, OData V2/V4 and SAP Gateway. 

Experience building custom apps and extending standard Fiori apps. 

Experience connecting Fiori apps to SAP backend services through OData, CDS or equivalent patterns. 

Key Responsibilities 

Design and develop user-friendly custom SAP Fiori applications. 

Build and consume OData services and integrate with SAP backend workflows. 

Maintain existing Fiori apps, including defect resolution and performance optimization. 

Collaborate with Finance, SD and ABAP teams to convert requirements into stories. 

Key Deliverables 

Fiori app design specs, UI prototypes where needed and technical notes. 

Production-ready SAPUI5/Fiori apps and backend integration. 

Launchpad configuration inputs and deployment notes. 

Technical & Functional Competencies 

SAPUI5, OData, CDS, SAP Gateway, BAS/Web IDE and Git. 

Finance and SD data awareness for app design. 

Intuitive interfaces for complex finance processes. 

 

Other Requirements

1.SAP Fiori Development Certification is a plus.
