Job Summary

The Technical Lead in SAP UX FIORI Development at HCL will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of SAP UX FIORI solutions. The role involves leading a team of developers, analyzing user needs, and designing applications that enhance user experience within the SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of sap ux fiori solutions.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
3. Customize and enhance sap ux fiori applications to optimize user experience and efficiency.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, troubleshooting issues and ensuring quality standards are met.
5. Stay current with sap technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications 

Strong SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 development experience with design and build exposure on BTP. 

Experience with SAPUI5, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Fiori elements, BAS and BTP development services. 

Ability to design user-friendly finance applications and integrate them with OData/backend services. 

Experience with custom Fiori apps, extensions, testing, deployment and production support. 

Key Responsibilities 

Design and develop SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5/Fiori capabilities and BTP patterns. 

Build, extend and maintain finance-facing Fiori apps with backend service integration. 

Collaborate with SAP functional, ABAP and OData resources to convert requirements into usable applications. 

Support usability, performance, testing, defect resolution and deployment readiness. 

Key Deliverables 

Fiori app design notes, SAPUI5 components, prototypes where needed and technical specifications. 

BTP-based development artifacts, backend integration notes and deployment documentation. 

Test evidence and solution option notes. 

Technical & Functional Competencies 

SAPUI5, Fiori, BTP, OData, SAP Gateway, BAS, Git and UI performance optimization. 

Finance process awareness and user-centered design for SAP applications. 

Ability to simplify complex finance workflows into intuitive application experiences. 

Other Requirements

1.SAP Fiori Development Certification is a plus.
