Job Summary

This role oversees the strategic direction and operational leadership of a business unit within the Sales Support function, leveraging deep domain and industry expertise to drive growth, excellence in client engagement, and market expansion. The individual is accountable for shaping business strategies, enabling large-scale sales solutions, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives across multiple service lines and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive enterprise sales strategy development and execution using advanced sales analytics, CRM platforms, and in-depth domain expertise to achieve revenue and market share goals.
2. Lead business unit transformation initiatives by integrating industry trends, digital sales enablement tools, and best practices to optimize sales processes and outcomes.
3. Oversee multi-region client engagement programs utilizing strategic account management methodologies and sales automation technologies to enhance customer relationships and deliver value.
4. Govern sales performance management systems to monitor, analyze, and report key metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
5. Champion cross-functional collaboration with solution architects, delivery teams, and marketing leaders using sales intelligence platforms to develop and position differentiated offerings.
6. Guide business unit risk management and compliance activities by applying regulatory frameworks and industry standards relevant to IT sector sales operations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
