Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in IC role for development of robust, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate is a SQL Server expert who leverages modern AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high code quality. While you will be primarily responsible for ASP.NET and database architecture, preferably of DevExpress or at least other similar ASP.NET UI control libraries such as Telerik is a major plus to help us deliver rich, enterprise-grade user interfaces.

The application interfaces closely with Microsoft Configuration Manager and InTune so any experience of these tools or of desktop application deployment processes in general would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Build and scale web applications using C#, ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework. AI-Augmented Coding: Utilize AI assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to automate boilerplate, generate unit tests, and refactor complex code. SQL Mastery: Design optimized schemas and write high-performance T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers in SQL Server. Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks across the stack, from front-end rendering to back-end query execution.

Skill Requirements

Development: 4–5 years of professional experience in C# and ASP.NET. Database: Strong expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization and execution plan analysis. Process: Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC) AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants to increase productivity and solve obscure technical challenges. Web Tech: Proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3. DevOps: Experience in managing CI/CD workflows for automated deployments

Other Requirements

 Hands-on experience creating and deploying software applications (MSI/EXE) using Microsoft Intune (MEM) and SCCM (MECM) in a large enterprise environment. Experience on third-party ASP.NET component library like Telerik/DevExpress will be added advantage
