Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Network Deployment Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex network deployments with a strong focus on Switching, Routing, and Migration activities. This role demands deep technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to lead and execute network transformation projects.

Job Description : Role Overview:\\\\r\\\\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Network Deployment Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex network deployments with a strong focus on Switching, Routing, and Migration activities. This role demands deep technical expertise, hands-on experience, and the ability to lead and execute network transformation projects.\\\\r\\\\n________________________________________\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities:\\\\r\\\\n• Lead end-to-end network deployment projects including planning, configuration, testing, and implementation.\\\\r\\\\n• Design and implement Layer 2 and Layer 3 network solutions using industry best practices.\\\\r\\\\n• Perform network migrations with minimal downtime and disruption.\\\\r\\\\n• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across switching and routing domains.\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network components.\\\\r\\\\n• Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.\\\\r\\\\n• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.\\\\r\\\\n________________________________________\\\\r\\\\nRequired Skillsets:\\\\r\\\\n• Switching: VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, Port Security, QoS.\\\\r\\\\n• Routing: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, route redistribution, policy-based routing.\\\\r\\\\n• Migration: Experience in network cutovers, legacy-to-modern infrastructure transitions, and cloud/hybrid migrations.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and ACLs.\\\\r\\\\n• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise-grade networking equipment.\\\\r\\\\n• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, NetFlow, SNMP).\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.\\\\r\\\\n________________________________________\\\\r\\\\nQualifications:\\\\r\\\\n• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\\\\r\\\\n• Minimum 8+ years of experience in network engineering with a focus on deployment and migration.\\\\r\\\\n• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent) are highly desirable

Skill Requirement : • Switching: VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, Port Security, QoS. • Routing: OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, route redistribution, policy-based routing. • Migration: Experience in network cutovers, legacy-to-modern infrastructure transitions, and cloud/hybrid migrations. • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, and ACLs. • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar enterprise-grade networking equipment. • Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, NetFlow, SNMP). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Other Requirements

Other Requirement : Expert in routing and switching, VxLAN and EVPN (must have), plus NETDEVOPS/ Automation or VMware NSX
