Job Summary

Providing Hypercare Support for the Issues reported at the time of Migration or Post Migration

Providing Technical Support and resolution for Triaging the issue reported to Hypercare team with the help of Hypercare support teams

Reporting the Production issue to required stakeholders

Creation \ Maintaining the RAID logs

Involving DCC and coordinating during any P1 \ P2 issues

Daily \ Weekly \ Monthly meetings for review or update for the ongoing \ Closed issues based on therequirement.

Daily \ Weekly \ Monthly Report to be shared as per requirement

Providing Support for the Global communications for Critical Application Migration performed part of the Program

Key Responsibilities
