Job Summary

Job Summary : \"Experience of 5 to 10 years working (of which 5 years must be as L2/L3 working with SMTP email gateways and related infrastructure running on Linux/Unix platform.)\r\n\r\nEssential Technical Skills:\r\n• ITIL incident and Problem management \r\n• Proven experience with SMTP protocol\r\n• Java.\r\n• Expert knowledge on Signing and Encryption using SMIME and PGP\r\n• Expert knowledge on open source and commercial implementations of Sendmail\r\n• Sentrion appliances and Mail Stream Manager policy engine\r\n• Proofpoint anti-spam appliances\r\n• Working knowledge of Knowledge base tools\"\r\n
Job Responsibilities : \"Experience of 5 to 10 years working (of which 5 years must be as L2/L3 working with SMTP email gateways and related infrastructure running on Linux/Unix platform.)\r\n\r\nEssential Technical Skills:\r\n• ITIL incident and Problem management \r\n• Proven experience with SMTP protocol\r\n• Java.\r\n• Expert knowledge on Signing and Encryption using SMIME and PGP\r\n• Expert knowledge on open source and commercial implementations of Sendmail\r\n• Sentrion appliances and Mail Stream Manager policy engine\r\n• Proofpoint anti-spam appliances\r\n• Working knowledge of Knowledge base tools\r\n• Creation and maintenance of Knowledge based articles\r\n• Maintenance of support portal and support \r\n• Domain name service, specifically ISC bind\r\n• Proven experience with Cyrus IMAP\r\n• Proven experience with OpenLDAP\r\n• Totemo Trust mail \r\n• LDAP\r\n\r\n• Working knowledge on PKI, TLS/SSL \r\n• Certificate management of Certificates in general: Trust chain, Certificate Rollover, Shell model vs. Chain Model\r\n• TLSSMIME based email encryption and familiarity with Totemo appliances\r\n• Working knowledge on OpenSSL tool kit for Unix/Linux\r\n• Proven experience with Unix/Linux Operating Systems (SuSE Linux, RedHat and/or CentOS )\r\n• Proven experience with Unix TCP/IP networking\r\n• Mailman open source list manager\r\n• Proven experience with Unix scripting languages (Perl, shell, Python)\r\n• Good experience of PostgreSQL\r\n• Good experience and knowledge of Apache web server\r\n\r\n• Practical experience and exposure with ‘People Management’ responsibilities\r\n• Experience with Outlook, MS Exchange 2007 or newer\r\n• Certification:- ITIL ( Basics ) \r\n• Strong written and verbal communication skills.\r\n• Working knowledge of IT applications, network infrastructure technology and the application of security components and corresponding interfaces\r\n• Secure Mail Management Platform\r\n• GRID (database)\r\n• WebSSO\"\r\n
